With over 12 years of experience, I provide legal counsel and representation to companies, entrepreneurs, business owners, public figures, creators, artists, athletes, influencers, and high-profile clients – both Israeli and international – across a wide range of industries.

I hold the rank of Major (Res.) in the Israel Defense Forces and am fluent in Hebrew, English, and Russian.

Before establishing the firm, I worked in the Capital Markets Department at Meitar — one of Israel’s leading law firms.

​

I later served as in-house legal counsel for a regulated financial institution within the Excellence Group, and subsequently became a managing partner at the boutique law firm Faust, Klein & Co.

​

I also served as Co-Chair of the Cyber and Social Media Committee of the Tel Aviv District of the Israel Bar Association, and as an external prosecutor on behalf of the Ministry of Labor in criminal proceedings.

​

Throughout my career, in these roles, I provided legal counsel to some of the largest public companies and major organizations in the Israeli market. I took part in complex and large-scale mergers and acquisitions, handled high-profile debt restructuring processes, addressed intricate regulatory, strategic, and managerial challenges, and gained extensive professional experience. This broad and hands-on expertise enables me today to deliver high-quality and reliable legal services to our firm’s clients.
